Return & Refund Policy

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We can replace all faulty or defective items within 30 days of your purchase. If this happens to you, send us an email at vetericlub@gmail.com

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

We offer a 14-day trial period, so you can test out the products and see if you like them. If you still do not like the product after 14 days, you can return the product for a full refund. We will send a return label once we receive your refund request to send it back to us.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
